Two bodies found Livestock run wild
in Lang park. on city streets.
The bodies of two returned
service men were found in a
small park near Circular
Quay early yesterday
evening. The cause of death
has not been confirmed but
police informed reporters
that they were most likely
the unfortunate victims of a
drunken brawl.
Rats swarm
suburbs
Inner city residents have
been reporting an unusual
number of rat sightings of
late. Local animal and pest
control officers are at a lost
to curb the problem. The rats
are normally only seen close
to water such as the harbour

Rocks residents were
disturbed last night by
the shenanigans of two
men chasing a pig
through the streets.
Where the pig came
from or whether the men
caught it is as yet
unknown. Some suspect
the animal escaped from
an illegal slaughterhouse
or was being raised in a
private residence as a pet
or perhaps being
fattened up at home to
save on costs at the
butchers. Other more
wild reports claim it was
not a pig at all but some
kind of man bear pig
hybrid creature.

Five dead in
harbour fire.
A dockside blaze claimed
the lives of five young
men last night as it ripped
through a harbourside
boathouse. The men
appear to have been
vagrants that were
squatting in the derelict
building. The cause of the
