-The objective of the hydraulic model study is to
verify that the river diversion, the spillway, the
powerhouse and the sand flushing device will
perform satisfactorily under various operating
conditions. If necessary, modifications to the
proposed design will be tested to develop
satisfactory hydraulic performance.
Construction of topography using Galvanize Sheet and dumping
sand fill following the river bottom shape and floodplain
Topography of river bed which need cement mortar
(cement +water and sand) to be put on top of it.

The surface of model is concrete. Can it represent

the actual roughness in the river which may be rock
and sand ?
