We use a computer program called EXCEL to create a

budget.

EXCEL helps us to work things out. We can put our

information in and then use EXCEL to help work out the answer. We can change anything at

any time. We can also make it look nice.

Below is an example of what EXCEL looks like.

The columns are named with a


letter. The first column is A. The
second column is B.

The rows are named with a


number. The first row is 1. The
second row is 2.
