Redwood 4-H Parent/Guardian Agreement

2017/2018

Redwood 4-H cannot run without the support of each and every parent or guardian. We are therefore
now requesting that at least one parent/guardian from each member family agree to a minimum level
of adult participation as listed below. Please review and consider what you will commit to do this year
for our club. A general sign-up sheet will be at the club meetings.

At least one from (A) or (B)

(A) Fill an open club level coordinator/leader role:

Web Master design and maintain a functional club website.
Fundraising Coordinator oversee the setting up and running of fundraising events.

(B) Chair/Co-Chair one event for the club this program year: You need not do it all alone. You can team
up with another parent/guardian and two of you host the event. Assistance and guidance will be
made available by your club level leader team.

Favorite Foods Day (county level field day)
Fundraising Event to be determined with the fundraising coordinator
Membership recruitment event to be determined with the recruitment coordinator
Community Service Event to be determined with the youth community service officer
and the community service coordinator
