Fenwick se gradu en el Trinity College de Cambridge,2
donde estudi Ciencias Naturales. Obtuvo su experiencia clnica en el "St Thomas' Hospital".3

Actividad como profesional

Fenwick es profesor en el King 's College de Londres, donde trabaja como consultor en el Instituto de
Psiquiatra.4 5 6 Es neuropsiclogo consultor, en los hospitales Maudsley7 y John Radcliffe, y tambin ofrece
servicios en el hospital Broadmoor.8 Trabaja en la unidad de salud mental de la Universidad de Southampton y
mantiene visitas profesionales en el Instituto Riken de Neurociencias en Japn.6 9

Fenwick es el presidente de la "Horizon Research Foundation",10 una organizacin que apoya la investigacin
sobre las experiencias de casi muerte.

Fenwick ha formado parte del consejo editorial de varias revistas, incluyendo el "Journal of Neurology,
Neurosurgery and Psychiatry", el "Journal of Consciousness Studies" y el "Journal of Epilepsy and
Behaviour".2
