1. I swear that all information provided on this form and all my personal information (including the
Application Form, resume, certificates, and other documents that I provided in the application
process) are authentic. I am willing to allow a check of all the information by Huawei or by the
agency legally authorized by Huawei. In the case of any fraud, I will accept your decision to
disqualify me for the job(s) that I applied for.
2. I am willing to accept the orientation training and probation management of the Company. If I fall
short of the corporate requirements within the probationary period, I agree that the Company
shall have the right to terminate my employment contract pursuant to relevant regulations and I
will not demand any compensation from the Company for these actions.
3. I swear that, before starting to work, I will terminate the employment contract with my
former/current employer and that there is no legal restriction or barrier that prevents me from
working for Huawei. I also swear that I will not bring any business or military secrets or
intellectual property rights (IPR) that I obtained from former employers to Huawei. For any legal
or civil dispute over the business or military secrets or IPR between me and the former
employers, I will be personally responsible for all of the consequences arising therefrom.
