subject. I draw your attention to your letter No. E/1909/78 dated 27-04-1978,
contents of which indicate that the above named person was located by you and he
was contacted on the undernoted address (copy attached).

531-4819, this is for your kind information that during this period, till date of
retirement, he rendered his services to office of the Ministry of Environment, 135
Street Clair, Avenue, West Suited , Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

I constantly made correspondence with this office but no reply has been
received from them so far. I also contacted local authorities, Canadian High
Commissioner, Embassy of Canada, Islamabad (Pakistan) and Embassy of
Pakistan in Canada 170, Metcalfe, Street Ottawa, K-22. I.P-3 and they occasionally
replied as and when they come across on this issue and also the General Secretary,
Muslim Community Centre c/o GPO, Toronto, Ontario, Canada but of no response.

I request you to kindly take effective measures in this chronic case. I hope
you will succeed in locating the person. Please note in case he is not available/
traceable in your jurisdiction, enforcement agency may be requested to allow you
to investigate in the jurisdiction not falling in your limited area / command.

Finally, I request you to make enquiries, from where, he is drawing his

pension as best known to the Ministry of Environment or Taxation Department.
