1. General Information Page: - classification is necessary with
reference to project appraisal document.
In classification of project data should be update by CDSS.
2. Implementation status: - the drop down list is not enabling to
update the status.
3. Revised project dates: - authority to update dates should be
given to PIAs.

5. Organization and contact page: - in CDSS it is showing APRSP
but the project name is AP Road Development Corporation.
6. Information of project contact is not shown on the main page to
see this info one has to go to edit mode.
7. There should be a fixed date in each month on which all
stakeholders shall update the information of the project.
8. There should be automated reminder system for updating the
information.
9. Email reminder can be option.
10. There can be a query or can be verified whether updating is
done or not.
11. Mapping can be done for multiple agency of one project.
12. Suggestions given: - can create customization MIS page
internally in which they can drop things. It will not be seen in
public domain.
13. Create my portfolio feature that is relevant to PIAs, in which
they can feed the data, fields will be common.
 14. PIAs can edit the information and CAAA can verify but
CAAA cannot make any changes.
