Hello, I am so judicious with time to eat, also I frequently eat healthy food.
So, I have breakfast at
6 AM a glass of milk with scramble eggs and bread. Then, I have lunch at 12:20 PM rice, meat, some grain (I love the pasta), salad (tomato, cucumber, carrot), salty potato, soup, juice and dessert. Finally, I have dinner a light food for instance: a cup of chocolate with a bread.
