On 3/8/2017, NRH Officer responded to 6634 Marie St to assist NCIS Special Agent to meet with possibly 3
"sovereign citizewl'{2 W/F's & lW/M-all in their 40's} in an attempt to interview them. Agent stated on
3/6/2017, three subjects walked into the Marine recruiting stati.on/6020 Parker Blvd #130/NRH(B741) end
declared.they were there to "surrender due to being fugitives ofArticle 43", and they were "slaves under
bondage". They departed in ABOVE VEIDCLE, heading towards Fort Worth. Apparently making statements
they were headed to the Naval Air Station- Joint Reserve Base (NAS-JRB).

A w/f, possibly a Julie Embry answered the door at 6634 Marie but refused to speak with officers other than to
say, ''it was us at the Marine Recruiting Station", then shut the door of the residence.

It is possible they are part of en extreme sovereign citizen group, known to C8IYY weapons and are self-
proclaimed, "United States Continental Marshals''.

NCIS is continuing to investigate the situation. It i11 rumored there may be an open house at the NAS-JRB
thia weekend which heighten1 concem1 NCIS has about these aubJecta. (both CFS-no offense
