If you want to e-mail the newsletter file, first print this page and then take one of
these two steps to prevent recipients from inadvertently changing any of the
information in your newsletter. If you choose the second option, be sure to follow the
instructions for your version of Excel.
1 . Use a program (such as Adobe Acrobat Professional) that creates pdf files
to make a pdf file of the View&Print Newsletter page. E-mail the pdf file.

2 . Use "Save As" and save a copy of the file with a slightly different filename.
If you are using an Excel version from 97 to 2003
A. In the "View&Print Newsletter" tab, do Tools, Protection, Unprotect Sheet.
B. Click on a cell outside the newsletter area. Do Control+A, then Control+C, then
Edit, Paste Special, Values. Press the Escape key.
C. Do Tools, Protection, Protect Sheet.
D. Go to the "Type Information Here" tab. Do Edit, Delete Sheet, and answer "Yes"
when it asks if you're sure.
E. Go to the "Prepare for E_mailing" tab. Do Edit, Delete Sheet, and answer "Yes"

If you are using Excel 2007
A. In the "View&Print Newsletter" tab, .go to Review, Unprotect Sheet.
B. Go to Home, Paste, Paste Values. Press the Escape key.
C. Go to Review, Protect Sheet.
D. Go to the "Type Information Here" tab. Go to Home, Delete Sheet, and answer
"Yes" when it asks if you're sure.
E. Go to the "Prepare for E_mailing" tab. Go to Home, Delete Sheet, and answer
"Yes" when it asks if you're sure.
F. Save the file; it is ready to e-mail.
