Berkaitan dengan organisasi sebuah departemen public relations,

secara umum bisa dikatakan bahwa organisasi departemen ini terdiri


dari seorang pemimpin/manajer dan beberapa staf atau sub-
departemen yang menangani fungsi-fungsi kerja secara khusus.
Jefkins (2003:34) dan Mike Beard (2001:83) menjabarkan struktur
organisasi public relations sebagaimana dicontohkan dalam Bagan
1.

Bagian media relations ini pun bisa terdiri dari satu pelaksana saja
dan juga bisa terdiri dari beberapa pelaksana. Besar kecilnya
pelaksana di bagian ini tergantung dari kebutuhan, fungsi, dan target
yang ingin dicapai. Namun, khususnya bagi perusahaan berskala
besar, setidaknya manajer media relations dibantu oleh beberapa
orang staf. Penjelasan struktur relasi media berada di Bagan 2.

Relating to the organization of a public relations department, in general it can be said that the
organization of this department consists of a leader / manager and some staff or sub-departments
that handle functions work specifically.

the duties of a director :


1. led the company to issue corporate policies

2. select, assign, supervise duties of the employee and the head part (manager)

3. approve the annual budget of the company

4. submit a report to shareholders for the performance of the company

Task Manager Public Relations


a. Create and maintain the image of the organization as well as the right policies, including products,
services and employees.
b. Monitor public opinion and present it to management
c. Provide advice to management on communication issues, formulation and technique.
d. Provide information to the public about the wisdom, activities, products and personnel so that the
public know and understand the truth about the company.
