1 1/2 cups (170 ) mozzarella cheese, rated 1/2 teaspoon arlic powder
1/4 cup (20 ) rated Parmesan cheese 2 teaspoons white su ar

225 lean beef mince 550 tomato pasta sauce

Preparation: 20 min Cook: 40 min Ready in: 1 hour
1. Brin a lar e pot of li htly salted water to a boil. Add lasa ne and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente;
drain.
2. Preheat oven to 180 de rees C.
3. To make llin - Combine in a bowl: ricotta cheese, mozzarella, parmesan and e s.
4. To make sauce- In a frypan, brown the beef mince until cooked throu h; drain rease. Combine in frypan
browned beef mince, ore ano, basil, arlic powder, su ar, salt, pepper and tomato sauce. Heat throu h and
stir.
5. In a 20x30cm pan, alternate layers of cooked lasa ne, sauce and llin , makin 3 layers total. If desired, top
with more mozzarella cheese. Bake for 40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cuttin .
