The incident occurred after school hours. The ‘New York State Troopers and the Onondaga County District Attorney are conducting an investigation and have made an arrest, As is standard practice with criminal matters occurring ‘on our school campus, Tully School District personnel are cooperating with local law enforcement on this matter. Additionally, we are in the process of investigating this incident as a violation of out Code of Conduct. Once we have concluded our own investigation into this matter, our JSHS Building Principals may impose disciplinary consequences in accordance with our Code of Conduct. The safety and security of our students is our first priority.
