CONFLICTS/REHEARSALS
Rehearsals will run for 11 weeks, Monday through Friday from 7pm to 8:30 or 9pm. As we get
closer to performance, rehearsals will run until 9:30, 10pm or later. Not every actor will be
needed at every rehearsal. A more specific schedule will be provided at our first rehearsal.

On the chart below, please cross out any dates when you would NOT be able to rehearse.

ACTORS COMMITMENT STATEMENT

I understand that if I am cast in this show, it will be vital for me to attend all scheduled
rehearsals, unless Ive cleared an absence with the director ahead of time. I realize that if I miss
rehearsals without prior notice I may be dismissed from the show. I will show respect to cast,
crew, and directors as well as the property of others and the theater. This includes cooperation
with costumers and makeup/hair designers. Realizing that community productions arent
possible without volunteer effort, I hereby also commit to helping out our production and
LAFTA in other capacities. (There will be plenty of options available! Examples: poster
distribution, set painting, costume sorting, etc.)
