Berdasarkan tabel klasifikasi batas batas nilai C derajat keeratan 0.192 dengan demikian hasil penelitian ini diklasifikasikan pada kategori
Lemah . Dengan demikian menunjukan bahwa pelayanan rumah sakit terhadap kepuasan pasien mempunyai daya keeratan sebesar 0.192 x 100%
atau sama dengan 19.2 % .
