Henawa, Bray. Matangcong, Sigma, Capiz wherein victim one: Nestor Dela Torre Y Urdas, 46 years old, married, laborer, and a resdent of So. Hanawa, Brgy. Matengcong, Sigma, Capiz, was shot by suspect Hary Baradero Y Legaspi, 47 years old, married, farmer, and a resident of the same place. As a result thereof, the victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds in the different parts of the body and was rushed to Mambusao General Hospital Mamusao, Capiz for medcal treatment but was pronounced dead on arival (DOA) by the attending physician thereat, The suspect Was arrested at his house during hot:pursut operation conducted, but the weapon used in the commission of the crime was not recovered and he is now under the custody of this station for investigation and proper disposition. The cadaver of the victim was moved to Regional Crime Laboratory Office, Camp Martin Delgado, Fort San Pedro, Iloilo City for autopsy examination. 2, The motive of incident is undeterrined and the case still under investigation 3. Reference: Spot report on Frustrated Murder Incident dated September 30, 2014. 2. This pertains to the Frustrated Murder incident that transpired in El Pueblo Del Rio Subdivision, Barangay Caypombo, Santa Maria, Bulacan at around 9:10 in the evening of September 30, 2014. Be informed that the victim PO1 Execel Esteban ¥ Botac is assigned at Police Station 6, Barangey Batasen, Congressional Avenue, Quezon Ciy ancl the Logistics Support Service (LSS) was his previous assignment. Said victim i Confined or under medication at Philippine National Police General Hospital, Camp Crame, Quezon Gity. 3. The victim Carmelito Estacio Y Pango! died while undergoing treatment at East Avenue Medical Center, Quezon City on October 1, 2014. The immediate cause of his death was gunshot wound to the neck, head and trunk. 4. __ Interview conducted on one ot the neighbor of POI Esteban identified as Jesus Calsedo y Nueva revealed that there were two sets of Fired Cartridge Cases (caliber ‘9mm and caliber .45) scattered on the road which were picked-up by bystanders after the Incident.
