    1. RBC =
    a. Hb<7g/dL for most patienttarget 7g/dL
    b. Kalo unstable target 9g/dL
    2. Platelet
    a. Active bleeding + platelet <50rb
    3. FFP
    a. Koagulopati not due to sirosis (prolonged PT with INR>1.5)
