CONCEPTUAL MASSING FOR URBAN DESIGN MARKS: 20 DATE OF SUBMISSION: 21st AUG 2017

Given below is conceptual design development proposals for some typical urban sector. The idea is to
make presentation views of similar kind utilizing tools for Massing and Site in Revit.

Objective:

1. Create ALL site features including vegetation, water bodies, paths and conceptual building blocks
similar to the one shown in the figures. Apply suitable materials, height depth to achieve a similar
output to that of the figure.

2. From the building blocks created, take any one block as per your choice, and develop its faade by
using divide surface, curtain wall panels etc. . You are free to reform or deform the cubical blocks.

Criteria for evaluation:

1. Sense of composition and similarity to that of the figure. 5
2. Utilization of maximum Revit features to make the model. 5
3. Complexity and creativity in developing the form and facade of the individual block. 10
