EXECUTIVE MEETING WITH THE HOD OF CHEMICAL

ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT:- 28TH OF AUGUST, 2017
Meeting was called to order at 3:30pm at petroleum block, room 214, engineering
faculty, Quorum was established

MOTIVE OF MEETING: To build a stronger and better CHEESA and APCES

Agenda: Comprehensive explanation of how WEBAPP works and means of

making it well accepted among the student body.
A presentation was made by Mr. Saabome Muobom Samuel on the features of the
app and how it works.
Executives members were asked to have a discussion on it and present their final
decision at the board meeting on Monday.

Conclusion: The HOD brought the meeting to a close.
