STATEMENT OF PROBLEM

This study aims to measure the development of employees containing the


importance of enforcing the key elements which are the employees concerning with the
effects on training on the performance of workers to empower them in being a good asset
for the growth and attainment of the goal and objective. In addition, we are about to
expound further about these learnings.
1. What are the aspects of development that needs to be done in less capacitated
employee?

2. How to overcome the expectations of employees in accordance with the flow


of workshop conducted for them?

3. what are the advantages of sending an employee to a training and workshop


outside the organization?

4. Who are the one who needs to be sent outside for an improvement?

5. How to manage those risks experienced inside the organization?
