Education 2500 Goal Statement In this Education placement I will work towards helping my Teacher Associate through the last few months of school. I will work towards delivering one-on-one help to those who are struggling or in need of special instruction. I will create an inclusive environment to allow students the ability to feel as if they are included in daily activities. Marking, lesson creation, organization, cleaning, and other classroom duties are needed. Classroom management will be an epicentre of my focus as during a time of final assessment, classroom control may be hard to manage. Overall I will work towards creating an environment full of love and empathy for all individuals no matter their personal backgrounds.
