occupations? What is your contribution and responsibilities at home?

I have 5 siblings and I am the eldest. My father is a plantation manager and my mother
is a teacher. As an eldest in my sibling.

2. Please tell us your internship period (Date to Date) and your expected graduation date
(Month/Year).

I just finish my study in Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) Mechanical at Universiti

Teknologi Mara, Shah Alam and my expected graduation date are on may 2018.

3. If you have any past working experience, please share with us how these experiences
has help shaped your own personal work motto and work preference?

My previous internship at Malaysia LNG Sdn Bhd had allowed me to gained deeper
insights into the oil and gas industry and it has helped me significantly with my career
planning. I developed a better understanding of the career path of an engineer through
the internship. My biggest takeaway would be exposure to the overhaul of steam turbine
and GE gas turbine (Frame 5) during MLNG turnarounds (including subsequent
balancing and alignment of the machines).

6. Our internship is located in Shah Alam (20 positions), Bintulu (5 positions) & Miri
(1position). Which is your preferred location? Will the locations post a challenge for
you? What is your travelling or relocation plan?
My preferred location is in Bintulu, Sarawak.

7. Please share us, your own personal view on the following:-

a. Instant high pay Job vs now low pay Career that would only pay off much more in latest
years
My personal opinion is get a job that you love and work your way up to earning a
lot. However, there are other factors to consider. For example, what stage are you
at currently in your life? If you dont have responsibilities back at home such as
children then you might be more open to working long hours for a high earning
job. If youve just moved in with your partner youre going to want to spend more
 time at home considering how much youll be spending on bills and rent/mortgage.
Another factor to consider is where you work. In cities like London, Paris and New
York, a five to six-figure salary will be enough to cover the cost of living. After
putting away savings, paying bills and other costs how much do you have left
over to spend on yourself? And is this an amount youd be happy with?
b. Commit long term to a one single company vs job change with multiple companies in
relation to your career goals

I
