Security employment website. My ability to work well under stressful situations make me an
excellent candidate for this position.

My resume shows that I am a responsible and reliable person. I have a calming disposition, which
is essential in running a successful human resource department.

My military experience as a Human Resources Specialist will assist me with the general office
duties such as responding to calls, processing reports, speaking to large groups, communicating
effectively, etc. The Army core values such as loyalty, duty, respect, selfless service, honor,
integrity and personal courage will be some of the values that I bring to this position along with
the other general office duties.

My law enforcement experience will assist me with many forms of reporting, and communications.
The compliance requirements as a police officer will transfer to the compliance and legal
requirements of your position. The interviewing suspects and witnesses, collecting and
documenting personnel information, and protecting sensitive information will also be an asset that
will provide invaluable to your department.

I believe the combination of my police training along with my human resource military training, my
employment as a security officer and my knowledge with writing reports will make me an ideal
candidate for your company. The approach you take to recruiting employees is refreshing and
exciting. Strategy is an integral part of the military, prioritizing your workday is essential to
completing tasks and moving on to the next adventure.
