Daniel Alexander Denino is a director, writer, and photographer based in Vaughan, Ontario.
Daniels interest in film sparked very early, when he enrolled in film production course while in high
school. His skills as a visual storyteller first came to light when he won a short commercial competition
held by M.A.D.D. and Allstate insurance. Although he chose to pursue opera studies at the University
of Toronto, his love for cinema drew him back upon graduation. Daniel is in his 2nd year at Humber
College, in the Film and Television Production program. Using his background as a portrait
photographer, Daniel creates provoking imagery within his works, in order to display depth of
character relationships through the visual medium of film. Daniel aspires to be a feature film director,
but also shows promise as a director of photography, as he tried to blend both aspects together in his
filmmaking.
