Subject- Bicycle double lock to be removed.

Dear sir,

I Amiya Kumar Pati, roll no 116CE0046 is a 2nd year civil engineering student and resident

Of this hostel since July. I am the rightful owner of the Bicycle (Bicycle description). On 26th Aug during
going to class I found that some one else has put another lock on my Bicycle by mistake. I brought this to
the notice of security guard and he advised me to keep the Bicycle in chained condition. Even after 3
days I cann't find the person who has put a double lock on my Bicycle without my permission. I am
facing inconvenience due to this.

Therefore I request you to take my problem into your kind attention and ask the security personnel to
find the person who has done this and give back my Bicycle immediately.
