The most famous building in my city is the Government Palace.

Its also called

the house of Pizaro. Its in the center of Lima, in the Plaza Mayor.

This building was designed for Claude Antoine Sahut Laurent and Ricardo de
Jaxa Malachowski. Construction began in 1926 to 1938.

The facade of the Palace is neo-Baroque French-inspired style, while the side
facade, it has the front door is of neo-colonial style. It has a front honor patio,
a beautiful lattice and the presidential residence in the back.

Inside the Government Palace, it has beautiful rooms and halls ceremonial,
some of them, such as the Golden Hall. They were built based on the Palace
of Versailles in France. Their installations, for the most part, were built on the
basis of a French style.

One of the best things you can do in Lima is to go to the Government Palace,
from there, you will see the plaza mayor and the municipality of lima, and
eating the typical peruvian food that sold by the rea.

There is a tour that can be made, however you should be in advance.
