Thank you for your interest in choosing Jester, Joe, and Ker LLC., for your potential case
involving New Wave Catering. Confirming our emails we associated with Gloria Peters, Esquire
in the investigation of a potential small claim on your behalf. This will further confirm an
appointment has been scheduled for you here in my office on Wednesday, September 20th, at
2:30 P.M. to discuss the potential small claim matter. When we meet, please have available any
records of purchasing the cake (proof of payment), along with a proof of what was requested to
be on the cake (such as a written description), any photos as evidence of what was on the cake
when it was delivered, any paperwork with the policies of New Wave Catering stating any
agreements (especially if it was signed),the address of Danny Kaye Reception Hall where the
wedding reception was held, and also the names and addresses of any witnesses whom were
there during the purchase as well as the exchange of the cake.
