Cooling-off Policy

Definition: "Cooling-off Period" means the duration of time counted from the date when the
Consultant and authorized Distributor of Tupperware enter into an agreement, ending with date on
which the contract is to be performed and within which the Distributor may repudiate the agreement
without being subject to penalty for breach of contract.
It allows for a Consultant a reasonable time period to cancel participation.

Cooling-off Time Period: The Consultant will have 14 days from the date of signing the agreement to
give notice to the authorized Distributor of Tupperware if they wish to exit from the business.

Process: The Consultant has to fill up the Exit form and share it with the Distributor.
