That according to the provided by Law No 28842 General Health Law, by law No 27657
Ministry of Health and its Regulation approved/amended by Supreme Decree No 013-2002-SA,
by Regulations for Organization and Functions of the Ministry of Health approved by Supreme
Decree No 023-2005-SA and the Unified Administrative Procedures Text of the Ministry of
Health approved by Supreme Decree No 013-2009-SA;

It is resolved:

Section 1. - Granting in favor of the company INTRADEVCO INDUSTRIAL S.A., The Health permit
for the Formulation and Commercialization of Pesticide known as SAPOLIO MATA CUCARACHAS
Y HORMIGAS (i.a. Imiprothrin 90% 0.10%, D-Cyphenothrin 93% 0.25%). For domestic use, the
same one that shall be produced in the plant of the Company located at Av. Produccion Nacional
No 188, Urbanizacion la Villa, district of Chorrillos, province and department of Lima; which shall
have a presentation of: Spray of 160,230, 360, 414 and 432 ml,
