sunlight. Free radicals can cause oxidative stress, a process that

function, and prevents oxidation of polyunsaturated fatty acids. It is
also important for reproductive function.
Vitamin K
Blood clotting depends on vitamin K. The bacteria in our digestive
tract produce vitamin K and prolonged antibiotic therapy can cause
deficiency.

tidak jenuh. Ia juga penting untuk fungsi reproduksi.
Vitamin K
Pembekuan darah tergantung pada vitamin K. Bakteri dalam saluran
pencernaan kita menghasilkan vitamin K dan penggunaan antibiotik
dalam jangka panjang dapat menyebabkan defisiensi.
