1) Pressure transmitter was not measuring pressure. Actually pressure transmitter
was not receiving power supply, we checked the fuse and there was a fuse problem.
2) Gas analyzer suction pump (kiln inlet) problem. Suction fan was not doing proper
suction of gases. Actually the pump rotor was not rotating proper. We checked it
and replaced it

1) Cooler pressure transmitter (11) choking. The pressure should be 1.+ but it was
measuring 0.10. So we checked the in line and found choking inside the line.
2) Cooler pressure transmitter (12) choking. I myself do the hammering on in line and
pressure increased up to 1.+.

1. Made new 5 thermocouples
Took 2 wires and cut them.
Twist wires on each other.
Covered them with ceramic
Made thermocouple cover pipes
Sealed one end of thermocouple cover and made threads on other head.

Coal mill gas analyzer calibration.
For zero calibration of both Oxygen and carbon monoxide,we used nitrogen
cylinder
Co 0.24 cylinder for span of C0.
Oxygen 18 cylinder for Oxygen calibration.

2. Coal mill gas calibration as the CO was in negative.
Took out ABB AO3020 there was problem in carbon monoxide cell because material got
struck in the cell. Then perform calibration again.

Made kiln inlet probe, leakage found. Made welding and checked again water leakage.
