 Executive summary
Our tender submissions purpose for Ccube Company is to be their their contractor for this
design and to construct the vehicle. We are in depth understanding and acknowledge of the
design package that your company can count on our contractors of MAGNATEX INC to
construct your design but others contractors. Our company is able to prove that we can
complete the job in flying colors and can full-fill all your required tender criteria. Although, we
are missing some evidence but with hard working always set as first motto in MAGNATEX INC is
a great offset for our shortage of evidences. Besides with our focus in work, punctuality is the
standard always be along with us. We ensure always keep in touch with designers and prepare
for the meetings 24 hours earlier.

According to your company design, we see that cylinder B (Fig 6, 1.6 Exploded View) is not big
enough to absorb all the force when it hit barrier when goes down the slope. Instead of using
cylinder we can use a rectangle covered with thin sponge to reduce the force. Plywood is quite
long and may increase the speed of the vehicle which will lead to the crack of the egg in
cylinder A. My suggestion is we replace Mr. Potato box with plastic bottle cover since it is
lighter and cut off plywood B down to 27 centimeters. Because if the vehicle is too heavy and
bulky cannot bring back an excellent result for this project. Reduce the risks earlier to avoid
unforeseen circumstances arises especially when deadline is coming closer.

1.0 Introduction.
This document is tender submission of MAGNATEX INC contractors for the construction of
Vehicle design of Ccube Company. In particular, Design Package Review will cover the three
important part as my perceptions and suggestions about your design conceptual. Secondly, my
response for your criteria and I think it will meet your all requirements. Lastly, there will be
some appendixes at the end of this document.

2.0 Design Package Review.

2.1 Understanding the design.

The vehicle will fit an A3 paper according to its design which have 40 centimeters of length,
10 of centimeters width and 15 of centimeters height. Two axles of the vehicle hold 4 wheels
which have the radius at 2.5 centimeters to make sure the vehicle can run down a slope. The
function of all 4 plywood D stick to 4 plywood A is to allow wheels spin flexibly and reduce
vibration for vehicle during whole running process of vehicle. Plywood B is the main part to
mount all 4 plywood A and 3 Cylinder above it (Fig 6, page 10). Cylinder B plays a huge role
when the vehicle runs down the slope, sponge inside it can help the vehicle absorb all dynamic
force when it runs down the slope. Thick sponge will be put in cylinder A which get set up
straight will prevent the egg from collision when it hits barrier at end of the slope.

2.2 Client brief compliance.

The design can absolutely follow the conceptual design. Despite the fact that the
installation of design may take a long time since there are so many details, especially, for
suspension part (Fig 4, 2.4 Construction method). This crucial step is significant for the next step
which will settle for the axles and wheels and for the long-term is the vehicle movement when

it rolls down the slope. Still, the plywood B is main body of the vehicle and its 40 centimetres
long and hence this plywood also increase vehicles weight which may cause some risks during
whole movement process. My suggestion to solve this conflict is in section 3.0, Risks and
Solving methods.

2.3 Concerns and Solutions.

As I mentioned above in (Section 3.0 Client Brief Compliance), there should be some
improvement for the vehicle as its length and reduce the mass of vehicle. The heavier the
vehicle is, the faster it goes down to the slope and the faster it goes, the more force will impact
to Cylinder B. This may lead to the damage to the egg in cylinder A and so we fail to achieve the
main purpose of this vehicle project. My suggestion is to lower the height of vehicle down to
around 12 centimetres which helps the vehicle cling to the surface of the road. Thus we should
cut a part of plywood B since it is too long and bulky. As a result, we can reduce vehicles speed
when it goes down the slope and avoid strong impact for the egg.

3.0 Criteria.

3.1 Methodology.

The tenderer is required to go through and analyse out design package. (). Tenderer is
encouraged to contribute suggestion and recommendations in order to enhance and optimize
our provided design.

In MAGNATEX INC, we always set hard working is our first motto. Reading your design and
comprehension is the very first thing we do to be able to submit our tender application to your
company. Working in collaboration can create a premise to come out improvements for this
project. Although we had a short quiz from your company and not end up with great result but
we are practicing to meliorate that.

 3.2 Time Management.

Failure in time management will cause low proficiency and increase the risks of deadline
being overdue.

As I said above in Methodology section, punctuality is an indispensable part in hard working

behaviour. We guarantee all work will be on track and complete the project by the time of our
schedule. To avoid team members absence to meeting, we will contact you company 24 hours
to confirm and set place for meeting via Whatsapp and email.

3.3 Financial management.

Tenderer should be creative in finding others substitute material or better resource to

replace our existing material choice in order to minimize budget but still provide an
excellent product.

We already plan out some materials that can be lighter and harder which are available in
our daily life. I believe that spending material in budget is important indeed but also make
sure it will not create bad affect to quality of the project. We will bring out some
replacement material for designers in meeting to put in consider before proceeding the
project.

3.4 Communication.

Tenderer should also reply message as soon as possible and respond in a clear
understandable reply.

Frequent communication between contractors and designers create an effective work

result. We are responsible to inform to you in detail steps of construction process. We
ensure that quick response during time work will be kept, also we need to discuss that

there must be some time slots that we are not able to reply such as midnight or lunch
time.

3.5 Qualification.

A good language skill will avoid miscommunication and dispute.

We agree with Ccube Company that good language can avoid miscommunication and
dispute. Thus, it can save time on replying email or messages via phones and social media.
Having said that, I think it is not appropriate for our contractors to show all your
requirement certification since we are start-up company, but not for that reason may
causes issues between 2 companies. Our contractors always put much effort in improving
in personal skills to adapt in all professional workplace.
