INTRODUCTION

Whenever a file (document) is created, it is stored in the memory of the device

(phone or computer) from which it was created. Therefore, file location i.e. where
the file is stored, must be known.
Some examples of file locations are:
(1) In computers, some common locations are:
Documents, Desktop, Music, Videos, Photos, Local Disk (C:) e.t.c.
(2) In phones, some common locations are:
Downloads, Bluetooth, Music, Videos, Memory card e.t.c.
