Area Teacher Arrested for

Condoning Bribery in
Exchange for Grades

Richmond, VA-
Richmond District Attorney Ronald Velazquez states that area Professor Amon Rice was
caught in conspiracy to commit bribery. Mr. Rice, of Goochland, was caught in the act this
Tuesday suggesting to his students that they Staple a bunch of Franklins to [their] papers in
exchange for As while waving a stack of crisp dollar bills. It is estimated that Rice had
collected a total of $86,400 per Academic year, for a total of over $8 million across his tenure.
Rices student's testified that they felt pressured by his strict rubric style grading to pad their
essays in order to assure an A. One, whos name will be redacted due to being a minor, stated he
overdrew his parents American Express Black Card in order to bring his failing grade, due to
never attending classes, up to a measly B-. The Judge will rule on the proceedings on the third
Sunday of the month.
