Ans. A school offers facilities like library, playground and a computer lab which all of us use.

2. How should we resolve a quarrel?

Ans. We should resolve a quarrel peacefully and amicably. We should ask an elder person for help if
we cannot resolve it ourself. We should also remember to give every person who is quarrelling a
chance to present his/her side.

3. Write a few sentences on Ravindranath Tagore.

Ans. Gurudev Ravindranath Tagore started a school called Shantiniketan in Bolpur in Bengal. He was
awarded the Nobel prize in 1913. He gave the prize money to his school. Our national anthem was
written by him. He was a great author and a poet too.

4. Describe Shantiniketan.

Ans. Gurudev Ravindranath Tagore started a school Shantiniketan in Bolpur in Bengal. The school
was held in the midst of green trees, colorful flowers and chirping birds under the blue skies. It was
very peaceful. Students were taught not only subjects but also to sing, dance, arts and crafts.
Children from other countries also came to study here.
