HEAD CT SCAN
Patient: Pedro Talla, 57-year-old male

Findings:
- Large bleed centered in the left capsuloganglionic area extending to the
external capsule
- Loss of gray-white matter differentiation
- focal/perifocal cerebral swelling with loss of cortical sulci and compression of
left lateral ventricle
- midline shift
- Dense calcification of choroid plexus

Impressions:
- Hypertensive Left capsuloganglionic, Small (give volume preferably)
Intracerebral hemorrhage
- Left lateral and medial lenticulostriate arteries infarction from left MCA
- Etiology - hypertension

Differentials:
Hypertensive hemorrhage
Vascular malformation
Arteriovenous malformation (AVM)
Chest X-ray

Patient: Mary Grace S. Badajo, 22-year-old female

Findings:
- Clear symmetrical lung zones and costophrenic angles
- Normal heart contours
- Trachea midline
- No radiological evidence of enlarged hilar or mediastinal lymph nodes
- Rightward curvature of the thoracic spine without associated segmentation
abnormalities
Impressions:
Thoracic dextroscoliosis
