Clinical Area
- There is proper segregation of trash with specific colored bins for
infectious, non-biodegradable, and biodegradable

- Have a large, uncrowded area for preparation of medicines

- There is less odor than before

- More calm & peaceful than before because of the newly painted walls and a
more organized arrangement of patients

Staff
- They are all approachable

- Some staff always smile and are friendly

- Some staff are willing to teach and inform the nursing students

- Dedicative, enthusiastic staff

- Work well in team setting

Weakness

- Insufficient water supply

- There is no proper ventilation inside the operating room because of the

unfunctional aircon

- Lack of some instruments during the operation

- Insufficient time to develop

- Do not have ample time to render appropriate care maybe due to insufficient
quantities of staff

- Didnt response in some questions of the patients

- Chance to have an exclusive room for student nurses

- Have a good collaboration to the institution related to interventions need to
be render to the clients

- Have a good communication or relationship to the students

Recommendation

- Add some instruments that be needed

- To improved proper ventilation in ward room to help for the better recovery
of the patients

- If feasible, to add room to accommodate large number of patients.

- To have enough number of nurses with their appropriate skills to serve the
patients

- To look after medications given to the patient to be sure if they took it or

refuse, forgot or did not take it

- To be approachable to the students and patients even though theyre busy

- To always smile even though theyre in hectic situation
