RE: Permission to Conduct Case Study

Dear Mr/Mrs.

We, ACLC College of Mandaue students, are writing to request permission to

conduct a case study at your company. We are currently studying Bachelor of
Science in Accountancy, and one of our requirements is to conduct studies
relating to accounting problems that your company is facing. The reports wills
includes strategies, procedures and implementation on how to solve a certain
problem inside your accounting department.

If the approval is granted, the documentation should take no longer than two (2)
hours and to be done on your convenience. The data/result of this study will
