I, Mr. Alfie M. Abella, am taking up Master in Music Major in Choral Conducting at U.P College of Music in
this School Year 2017-2018. On its tentative Saturdays of October (it may be October 7, 14, 21 or 28,) 2017,
4:00PM, I will be having my 2nd Recital as part of the course.

In line with this, I am requesting in your good office for a reservation for Vargas Museum as the venue.
In the said event, I will be bringing a portable piano keyboard (Yamaha DGX-640) as my accompaniment. I
will not have an orchestra with me but around 50 guests are expected to attend. I will be the one to bring
food and extension cords needed for the recital.
Please let me know if you need any more information regarding the event. I am looking forward for a
positive response in this matter
