Project Background
Techniques and Quantity A mixed development comprising of condominiums and
Bored piles: 1,180 Nos.
commercial buildings will be constructed at Puteri Harbour
Driven piles: 1,110 Nos.
Micro piles: 180 Nos.
in Johor, Malaysia. The development will have 5 blocks of
Pile caps: 14,900 m3 up to 42 storeys and 2 basement car parks.
Earthworks: 45,000 m3
Basement Slab: 37,500 m2 Keller along with its subsidiaries, Resource Piling and Ansah
Asia were contracted to build the foundations of the
structure.
Execution Period
April 2014-September 2015
Scope of Work
Over 2,400 Bored piles, Driven reinforced concrete piles
and Micropiles of various diameters were installed as
foundations for the towers and podium blocks.
