Programs using ERAS Purpose of This Presentation During SOAP week, residency applicants who did not match to a position may use ERAS to send applications to ACGME-accredited programs where they did not apply during the ERAS application season. This presentation is designed to give an overview of how to apply to programs during the SOAP process using ERAS. If you are reapplying to a program you have applied to, please review A Brief Guide to Repplying to Programs using ERAS Before Applying to Programs Register for MyERAS. Update MyERAS Profile information, if necessary. Update or add new personal statement(s), if necessary. Work with LoR Authors to secure any new letters of recommendation, if necessary. Select the Programs tab -> Click the Search Programs sub-tab. 3. Search for each unfilled program using their ACGME ID. 4. Assign documents. 5. Click on the Apply to Programs sub-tab. 6. Select the programs to which you would like to apply. 7. Click Apply to Programs.
