Entrega

El vendedor debe entregar la mercanca ponindola a disposicin del comprador en el punto

acordado, si lo hay, en el lugar de entrega designado, y no cargada en ningn vehculo de recogida.

Si no se ha acordado un punto especfico en el lugar de entrega designado, y si hay varios puntos

disponibles, el vendedor puede elegir el punto que mejor le convenga. El vendedor debe entregar
la mercanca en la fecha acordada o dentro del plazo acordado.

Delivery

The seller must deliver the goods by placing them at the disposal of the buyer at the agreed point,
if any, at the named place of delivery, not loaded on any collecting vehicle.

If no specific point has been agreed within the named place of delivery, and if there are several
points available, the seller may select the point that best suits its purpose. The seller must deliver
the goods on the agreed date or within the agreed period.

FCA: FREE CARRIER (FRANCO PORTEADOR)

Entrega

El vendedor debe entregar la mercanca al porteador o a otra persona designada por el comprador
en el punto acordado, si lo hay, en el lugar designado en la fecha acordada o dentro del plazo
acordado.

La entrega se completa:

a) Si el lugar designado son las instalaciones del vendedor, cuando la mercanca se ha cargado
en los medios de transporte proporcionados por el comprador.
b) En cualquier otro caso, cuando la mercanca se pone a disposicin del porteador o de otra
persona designada por el comprador en los medios de transporte del vendedor preparada
para la descarga.

Si el comprador no ha notificado un punto especfico segn lo especificado en B7 d) en el lugar de

entrega designado, y si hay varios puntos disponibles, el vendedor puede elegir el punto que mejor
le convenga.

A menos que el comprador lo notifique al vendedor de otro modo, el vendedor puede entregar la
mercanca para el transporte en la forma que lo requiera la cantidad y/o la naturaleza de la
mercanca.

Delivery

The seller must deliver the goods to the carrier or another person nominated by the buyer at the
agreed point, if any, at the named place on the agreed date or within the agreed period.

Delivery is completed:
 a) If the named place is the sellers premises, when the goods have been loaded on the means
of transport provided by the buyer.
b) In any other case, when the goods are placed at the disposal of the carrier or another person
nominated by the buyer on the sellers means of transport ready for unloading.

If no specific point has been notified by the buyer under B7 d) within the named place of delivery,
and if there are several points available, the seller may select the point that best suits its purpose.

Unless the buyer notifies the seller otherwise, the seller may deliver the goods for carriage in such
a manner as the quantity and or nature of the goods may requite.

CPT: CARRIAGE PAID TO (transporte pagado hasta)

A3 on the agreed date or within the agreed period.

CIP: CARRIAGE AND INSURANCE PAID TO (transporte y seguro pagados hasta)

El vendedor debe entregar la mercanca ponindola en poder del porteador contratado de acuerdo
con A3 en la fecha acordada o dentro del plazo acordado

The seller must deliver the goods by handing them over to the carrier contracted in accordance with
A3 on the agreed date or within the agreed period.

DAT: DELIVERED AT TERMINAL (entregada en terminal)

Entrega

El vendedor debe descargar la mercanca de los medios de transporte de llegada y entonces debe
entregarla ponindola a disposicin del comprador en la terminal designada a la que se hace
referencia en A3 a) en el puerto o lugar de destino en la fecha acordada o dentro del plazo acordado.

Delivery

The seller must unload the goods from the arriving means of transport and must then deliver them
by placing them at the disposal of the buyer at the named terminal referred to in A3 a) at the port
or place of destination on the agreed date or within the agreed period.
DAP: DELIVERED AT PLACE (entregada en lugar)

transporte de llegada preparada para la descarga en el punto acordado, si lo hay, en el lugar de
