6. Voting Process
Voting will be by secret ballot on the official voting form issued at the Ngai Tukairangi Hapu Trust AGM
on 31 October 2017.

To vote you MUST be Tukairangi and registered on the Ngai Te Rangi Iwi register as Tukairangi, if
you are not then a special vote will be issued and you must be able to provide Tukairangi whakapapa
that can be validated at the AGM.

The process is as follows:

For Hapu members who are not on the Ngai Te Rangi Iwi database our team will be at the venue from
4pm to take registration for the special vote process. Please note that you must come with your
whakapapa that will be validated by kaumatua present.
