ICC profile manual setting on Windows7

1. Right-click any of printer icon and select Printer


properties

2. Open Color Management tab of Printer properties.

3. Click Change setting defaults.

4. Select your printer from the pull-down
menu of Device.

5. Click Add button.

6. Click Browse button.

7. Open the folder where ICC profiles are
stored and click Add button while an ICC
profile is selected.

8. Added ICC profile is listed now.

9. Change Profile selection to Manual


from Automatic (Recommended).

10. Select preferred profile and click Set as
Default Profile

This Default profile should be corresponding


to the combination of Print Speed and Media
Type.
See Charts at end of this document.

11. Click Close button

12. Right-click of the printer icon and select
Printing preferences.

13. Open Option Tab and tick Color Matching.


Print Speed/ Media Type of the printer driver
setting should be corresponding to the selected
ICC profile as Default and the media type actually
loaded in the printer.
