AGREEMENT

This is to confer upon ALVIN R. JARO AND COMPANY, the

authority to negotiate the sale of the parcel of land situated at
Barrio Tagpuro, Tacloban City, Philippines with TCT No. 358 with
an area of One Hundred Thirty Eight Thousand Five Hundred
Seventy Six Square Meters (138,576 sq. m.), more or less, at the
price of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY PESOS (P 120.00) PER SQ. METER.
net of all expenses to the seller.

The above-named facilitators are allowed to sell the

property for more than said amount to cover all the necessary
expenses of the sale and any such excess they may realize in
the sale shall be given to them as their facilitators fee.
