Subject: Regarding newly admitted students through Lateral Entry

Dear Sir,

With reference to your letter no. (1) dated 23-09-2015 (2) dated 14-10-
2016 (3) dated 21-10-2016 we want to inform you that for the academic session
2017-18 university has allotted only 30 seats of B.Tech. (Civil Engineering) to our institute.
According to which only 06 students can take admission through Lateral Entry. But as per the
formulae given in the above letters no. we have taken 09 admissions through Lateral Entry in the
same branch. All these 09 students are regular in the classes. In favor of these students we
request you to kindly accept the enrollment of these 09 students taken admission through Lateral
Entry for the academic session 2017-18 and in ERP Login change the no. of allotted seat of
B.Tech. (Civil Engineering) Lateral Entry to 9(Nine) so that we can complete enrollment
process on time. Decision of university in favor of these students will be accepted to our
institute.
