Firma noastr, Pro Education Plus, are ca propunere pentru contractarea unor fonduri europene, un proiect ce
se dorete a implementa un nou sistem de predare n sistemul universitar tehnic. Prin acest proiect, dorim sa ne axm
doar in sistemul universitar tehnic, deoarece putem sa crem un sistem de predare mai interactiv, focusat mai mult pe
teorie aplicat.
Durata proiectului se ntinde pe o perioada de 36 de luni, ncepnd de pe 01.09.2015 i se ncheie pe data de
31.08.2018, i se aplic numai in universitile tehnice. n prima etap a proiectului, ne vom axa numai n cadrul
Facultii de Inginerie Aerospaial, iar mai apoi, ne vom extinde i la cellalte faculti din cadrul Universitii Politehnice
din Bucureti.
Pro Education Plus a aprut din dorina de a reui a implementa un sistem mai facil de predare, axat pe o teorie
aplicat, i pentru a facilita asimilarea informaiilor tehnice ntr-un mod mai rapid. De asemenea, prin intermediul acestui
proiect, dorim sa nlesnim relaia dintre cadrul didactic i student.

Firma noastr este alctuit dintr-un director general, absolvent al Facultii de Administrarea Afacerilor n limbi
strine, din cadrul Academiei de Studii Economice; de asemenea, a absolvit masterul pe Economie Europeana, ceea ce-l
face eligibil pentru postul deinut n cadrul firmei noastre.
Funcia de Director Adjunct este ndeplinit de Grigoru Hosnam, absolvent al Facultii de Finane-Bnci-
Contabilitate, din cadrul Universitii Cretine Dimitrie Cantemir, promoia 2011, i al Facultii de Inginerie
Aerospaial, din cadrul Universitii Politehnica din Bucureti.
Experiena contabilului nostru nsumeaza peste 10 ani lucrai n cadrul societii Petrom SA, n departamentul
financiar-contabil al firmei. Absolvent al Facultii de Contabilitate i Informatic de Gestiune, din cadrul Academiei de
Studii Economice, promoia 1996. Face parte din Corpul Experilor Contabili i Contabililor Autorizai din Romania
(www.ceccar.ro), ca i expert contabil. Este angajat cu contract semnat pe ntreaga derulare a proiectului nostru, n regim
de norm ntreag.
Departamentul de resurse umane este asigurat de ctre echipa noastr format din: Punescu Georgiana
Cristina, care ocup funcia de Director de Resurse Umane, absolvent a Facultii de Inginerie Aerospaial, din cadrul
Universitii Politehnica din Bucureti, promoia 2013. Ea i va asista pe ceilali membri ce fac parte din acest
departament n organizarea evenimentelor, a planului de salarizare, n gestionarea informaiilor legate de angajai i n
schimbrile structurale ce se vor realiza.

Universitatea Tehnic Mnchen combin faciliti de top cu oportuniti unice de nvmnt pentru aproximativ
36.000 de studeni. Profesorii din UTM sunt devotai in a gsi soluii pentru cele mai eseniale probleme ale societii
din ziua de astzi precum : Sntate & Nutriie , Energie & Resurse Naturale , Mediu & Climat , Informaie &
Comunicare , Mobilitate & Infrastructur. Scopurile principale ale UTM sunt : de a crea valori durabile pentru societate,
prin excelen in educaie i cercetare , promovarea activ a talentului i spiritului antreprenor puternic al generaiilor
urmtoare. Toate acestea fac din UTM o universitate de top in Europa.

Universitatea Tehnic din Mnchen face parte din programul CESAER din care face parte i UPB , acesta oferind
posibilitatea unei colaborri active intre cele 2 universiti.
TUM este implicat n numeroase proiecte naionale i internaionale precum : iURO , ERC , DFG , etc. , proiecte ce
vizeaz educaia i dezvoltarea spiritului practic al studenilor printr-o varietate de cursuri si workshop-uri.
Unul dintre motivele principale ale colaborrii dintre UPB i UTM este reprezentat de dorina noastr de a putea
trimite studenii s fac practic la sfritul anului universitar prin intermediul UTM, universitatea urmnd s
coordoneze distribuia stagiilor de practic a studenilor.
Principalul promotor al colaborrii dintre UPB i UTM este Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. mult. Wolfgang A. Herrmann, Preedinte al
Consiliului de Administraie, acesta avnd numeroase realizri de cercetare tiinific n domeniul chimiei anorganice.

Universitatea Imperial din Londra a fost fondat n 1907, i la momentul actual este una dintre cele mai
importante universiti din Anglia, i totodat una dintre cele mai mari. Ea este mprit n patru faculti generale, ce
au n subordine peste 40 de specializri i centre de cercetare.
Universitatea are peste 13.500 de studeni, din peste 120 de ri, n jur de 3330 de membri ai personalului
didactic i al centrelor de cercetare. O parte important a fondurilor universitii au fost asigurai din fondurile pentru
cercetare i contracte de finanare.

of MBAs, a Asociaiei Universitilor din Europa, a Ligii Europene a Universitilor.
Universitatea se bazeaz n principal pe cercetare, aceasta constituind peste 50 % din activitile curriculare a
studenilor, pe cnd predarea cunotinelor teoretice nsumeaza abia 12%. n acest context, putem spune c

Universitatea din Milano denumit i Politehnica din Milano a fost fondat la 29 noiembrie 1863, avnd in total
o capacitate de 40.000 de studeni pe an, din peste 110 ri. Se asigur specializri n inginerie, arhitectur i design,
fiind cea mai veche instituie de acest gen din Milano. Se afl pe locul 28 mondial n topul celor mai bune universiti
din lume conform celor de la QS World.
n 1954, a fost deschis primul centru european axat pe cercetare n calculatoare, de ctre Gino Cassinis i
Ercole Bottani, iar n 1963 Giulio Natta a primit Premiul Nobel n Chimie pentru studiul su n cercetarea polimerilor, n
special al polipropilenei. Astfel, putem spune c, aceast universitate are implementat o strategie axat pe cercetare.

Politehnica din Milano asigur peste 30 de programe de nvmnt , iar pe lng acestea se adaug i un curs
on-line de Ingineria Calculatoarelor, fiind de asemenea primul curs de acest gen din Italia.
Politehnica din Milano menine numeroase relaii cu universiti din alte ri i este implicat n numeroase
programe de schimb de studeni, de asemenea facilitndu-le acestora cursuri n limba englez, german sau spaniol.
Unul dintre programe n care a intrat este Reeaua ENTREE, care se ocup cu schimbul de studeni din cadrul Facultii
de Inginerie Electric.
Alta Scuola Politecnica este o instituie format din Politehnica din Milano i Politehnica din Torino, ce i
propune s se adreseze dezvoltrii studenilor n arta dezvoltrii personale si a promovrii inovaiilor din domeniul
tehnic, i funcioneaz n paralel cu studiile acestora, pe o durat de 2 ani, denumit: laurea magistrale.

Proiectul Noi metode de predare n sistemul universitar tehnic a luat natere din nevoia de a facilita asimilarea
de informaii tehnice, de a promova i susine o mai bun relaionare profesor-student i, n final, de a crea o sinergie
ntre prile implicate n acest proiect.
Pentru a putea implementa proiectul cu succes vom avea nevoie s ne lum ca i parteneri, 3 universiti de
renume internaional i mondial, iar aceti parteneri sunt: Universitatea Tehnic din Munchen, Imperial College London
i Universitatea Politehnica din Milano, ce au un program de cercetare i teorie aplicat ce mbin cu succes prioritile
proiectului nostru. De exemplu, la Imperial College London, activitile de cercetare reprezint peste 50% din activitile
studentului, pe cnd partea teoretic abia atinge 12%. Acest exemplu, efectiv valideaz prioritatea principal a NMPSUT.
Proiectul reprezint o oportunitate pentru studenii ce vor a se implica mai mult n activitile de cercetare i,
astfel s investeasc n viitorul lor mai pro-activ, iar profesorii s fie mult mai implicai n procesul de predare. Astfel,
proiectul se va derula n cadrul Universitii Politehnica din Bucureti, n prim faz, ulterior dorind a se extinde i-n
cadrul celorlalte universiti de profil din ar.
NMPSUT se va axa, n principal, prin susinerea unor work-shop-uri, susinute de ctre trainer-ii notri i la care
vor participa cadrele didactice din universitatea mai sus menionat, n care se vor prezenta modaliti mai interactive
de predare i relaionare cu studenii. De asemenea, se cere a se specifica c vor exista exerciii i evaluri pe parcurs a
participanilor la acest program, iar rezultatele lor vor fi anexate la fia de participare ce atest prezena n acest
program.
In what way is the project innovative and/or complementary to other projects already carried out?
Proiectul este inovativ prin faptul c, ofer o soluie concret problemei sistemului de nvmnt din statele
membre care tinde s neglijeze necesitatea cercetrii i interaciunii dintre profesor i student, concentrndu-se mai
mult pe partea teoretic i ignornd, adesea, partea aplicat a acesteia. De aceea,proiectul nostru vrea s se
mbunteasc aceste aspecte primordiale a procesului de nvmnt tehnic.
Un alt avantaj al acestui proiect este c, se dorete a se mbuntii si a eficientiza relaia dintre cadrul didactic i
student, mergnd pe premisa unei comunicri mai active n care sunt implicate ambele pri ale procesului didactic.
How did you choose the project partners and what experiences and competences will they bring to the project? How was the
partnership established and does it involve organisations that have never been previously involved in a similar project?
Partenerii afiliai programului sunt alei din domeniul universitar, n principal cel tehnic. Acetia au un istoric n
domeniul cercetrii i nu numai. Experiena lor n acest domeniu const n anii de cercetare pe care i-au investit.
Un alt motiv prin care acetia au fost selectai ca fiind potrivii pentru a ncheia un parteneriat cu noi, const n
activitile n care acetia sunt implicai. De exemplu, Politehnica din Milano s-a implicat n 2012, n European Research
Framework, denumit i FP7, unde a luat parte n peste 130 de proiecte din domenii variate.
Trebuie s menionm c, numeroase cadre didactice, ce lucreaz n domeniul tehnic au ctigat sau au fcut
parte din echipe ce au luat Premiul Nobel: Heinrich Otto Wieland (Chimie 1927), TUM; Sir George Paget Thomson
( Physics 1937), ICL; Giulio Natta ( Chimie 1963), UM.
How will cooperation and communication happen among all project partners and with other relevant stakeholders? What will be the
purpose and frequency of the transnational project meetings and who will participate in them?
n scopul unei colaborri ct mai eficiente se vor realiza ntruniri i conferine ale partenerilor cu scopul de a
evalua situaia desfurrii proiectului. Aceste ntruniri vor avea loc la sfritul fiecrei luni, unde se va discuta evoluia
programului i, eventual, propuneri pentru buna desfurare a proiectului, se vor analiza i rezolva problemele i
dificulti, dac acestea vor aprea, i vor avea loc discuii cu privire la viitoarele strategii adoptate n continuare.
O alt modalitate de comunicare ntre firma noastr i parteneri se va derula cu ajutorul mediului online, prin
intermediul mail-ului i a video call-ului.
La finalul fiecrui ntruniri se va ntocmi un proces verbal n care vor fi specificate subiectele discutate pe
ordinea de zi a ntrunirii, i pe baza cruia se vor lua n considerare feedback-ul oferit de ctre partenerii notri.

Schimbul de experien dintre profesorii din sistemul romnesc de nvmnt i al profersorilor din
universitile partenere.
Calitate si relevan a sistemului universitar din rile partenere, ce ofer un real exemplu pentru target-ul
nostru.
What results are expected during the project and on its completion? Please provide a detailed description of the expected results (if
they are not listed in intellectual outputs, multiplier evens or learning, training, teaching activities).
Pe parcursul derulrii proiectului vor fi evoluate progresiv i individual activitatea participanilor, iar rezultatele
lor vor arta gradul de implicare al acestora. Rezultatele acestor evaluri ar trebui s releve gradul de asimilare i
contientizare a informaiilor primite n cadrul work-shop-ului. n urma evalurii, se pot trage primele concluzii despre
comunicarea dintre trainerii notri i participanii.
Trainerii pe care i-am angajat n firma noastr sunt angajai n urma unui interviu. Acest interviu este format
dintr-o serie de etape pe care acetia au fost nevoii s-l parcurg, printre aceste etape enumrndu-se: un prim interviu
de selecie, ce se bazeaz pe o discuie liber, apoi urmeaz o alt etap n care se vor aduce documentaia necesar ce
relev experiena acestora n domeniul vizat.

De asemenea, o alt cerin primordial este dovedirea diplomei de trainer emis de ctre Institul Romn de
Training ( www.irt.ro), i participarea la cel puin un program de creditare european.

Managementul bugetului este asigurat de ctre expertul nostru contabil. Experiena contabilului nostru
nsumeaza peste 10 ani lucrai n cadrul societii Petrom SA, n departamentul financiar-contabil al firmei. Absolvent al
Facultii de Contabilitate i Informatic de Gestiune, din cadrul Academiei de Studii Economice, promoia 1996. Face
parte din Corpul Experilor Contabili i Contabililor Autorizai din Romania (www.ceccar.ro), ca i expert contabil. Este
angajat cu contract, semnat pe ntreaga derulare a proiectului nostru, n regim de norm ntreag.

Activitatea participanilor la acest program va fi evaluat att pe parcurs, printr-o evaluare progresiv i
individual, ct i printr-o evaluare final, n care se vor atesta informaiile asimilate de ctre subieci pe ntreaga
desfurare a proiectului n sine.
What measures are foreseen to handle project risks (e.g. conflict resolution processes, etc.)?
Pentru o bun desfurare a proiectului este necesar a se meniona necesitatea existenei unei comunicri facile
ntre prile implicate n proces, i anume: traineri, subieci i organizatori. n evitarea unor confuzii, se vor stabili nite
parametri la nceputul fiecrui work-shop, n care se vor detalia succint etapele derulrii proiectului.
Which activities and indicators of achievement (quantitative and qualitative) will you put in place in order to assess whether and to
what extent, the project reaches its objectives and results?
Avantajele participrii n acest proiect sunt numeroase, dintre ele amintim calitatea excepional a pregtirii
trainerilor notri, i nu n ultimul rnd costul de participare este inexistent, ceea ce face work-shop-ul nostru un punct de
interes n mediul vizat.
Implementation
Please describe briefly how you intend to organise your project's activities.
Pentru o bun desfurare a proiectului este necesar o bun organizare a activitilor ce descriu detaliat paii ce
se cer a se executa. Astfel, desfurarea proiectului se va face n cadrul Universitii Politehnice din Bucureti, pe
ntreaga perioad a sfritului de sptmn; n acest mod, putem s evitm cheltuirea de bani pentru nchirierea unor
spaii adecvate derulrii work-shop-ului.
Durata efectiv a work-shop-ului este de 8 zile, mprit n 4 week-end-uri a cte 2 zile fiecare, la sfritul cruia
se va face o evaluare a participanilor de ctre o echip format din cte un membru al fiecrei universiti partenere,
plus trainerul seriei respective.
Grupul int al proiectului vizeaz pe cadrele didactice din sistemul universitar tehnic, i nu numai. n principiu,
ne axm pe acest segment, deoarece dorim s implementm un sistem mai facil de predare, focusat pe o teorie aplicat,
implicit pe programe de cercetare.

Considerm c, o bun relaionare ntre prile implicate n acest proiect, ar demonstra un grad de fezabilitate
ridicat i c se pliaz pe nevoile acestei societi. Pentru a se putea nelege mai bine conceptele tehnice avem nevoie de
a vedea aplicabilitatea lor imediat, iar prin prisma acestui proiect dorim exact acest lucru.

Impactul pe care l ateptm din partea universitii l reprezint, n primul rnd, un numr ct mai mare de
participaie al profesorilor universitari. Totodat, exprimarea doleanelor acestora n cadrul sesiunii de informare pentru
eficientizarea relaiei dintre trainer i aplicant.
What is the desired impact of the project at the local, regional, national, European and/or international levels?
Obiectivul principal al proiectului l constituie implementarea unui sistem mai facil de predare n sistemul universitar tehnic, care sa fie
Aprobat i acceptat i de alte sisteme universitare att de la noi din ar, ct i de statele din Uniunea European.
Pentru a putea avea un raport obiectiv asupra activitilor desfurate n cadrul NMPSUT, vom avea nevoie de rapoartele statistice din
cel puin 2 ani consecutivi, astfel putnd msura cu exactitate indicatorii de rezultat: numrul de persoane de sex feminin ce au participat
la proiect din numrul total de participani, etc.

Proiectul NMPSUT se focuseaz asupra nlesnirii relaiei profesor din cadrul unei universiti tehnice i studentul
aferent acesteia, ceea ce nseamn c, diseminarea proiectului vizeaz strict acest sector universitar. Considerm un
mediu propice diseminrii proiectului deoarece el reprezint mediul favorabil de lucru i de aplicare a metodelor ce
dorim s le implementm.
Who will be responsible for the dissemination activities within your partnership and which specific expertise has it in this area? How
many resources will you make available to allow for the proper implementation of your dissemination plans?
Pentru a evita imposibilitatea crerii unor situaii independente de puterea noastr, am decis s externalizm
serviciul de PR, apelnd n urma unei cercetri de pia, la o companie din acest domeniu, i anume Compania Prais (
www.prais.ro ), o companie ce are peste 18 ani de experien n soluii de PR i avnd organizate peste 2000 de campanii
de pres i evenimentele speciale.
n acest aspect al proiectului, ne-am gndit s atribuim un procent de maximum 10% din suma pe care o s-o
obinem de la Uniunea European. Bani ce vor fi nmnai printr-un acord de colaborare cu firma creia i-am externalizat
acest serviciu.

Planul de diseminare ales de ctre compania Prais, n urma unui numr de edine stabilite cu firma noastr, va

Una dintre provocrile proiectului nostru const n rezistena lui pe piaa actual, tocmai de aceea ne-am gndit
ca la terminarea fiecrei sesiune de informare, fiecare participant s primeasc pe lang actul ce atest promovabilitatea
work-shop-ului, i un breviar teoretic, ce va conine enumerarea etapelor parcurse n proiect.

Proiectul nostru va putea rmne activ pe piaa universitar, tehnic sau nu, cu ajutorul unui proces bine pus la
punct de diseminare, iar susinerea plilor, inclusiv a proiectului, n general, se va realiza cu ajutorul perceperii unei taxe
modice de participaie. De asemenea, prin acelai plan de promovare, putem atrage diferite persoane publice ce-i vor
dori s investeasc, n urma unor donaii, n sistemul nostru inovativ.

Proiectul Noi metode de predare n sistemul universitar tehnic a luat natere din nevoia de a facilita asimilarea
de informaii tehnice, de a promova i susine o mai bun relaionare profesor-student i, n final, de a crea o sinergie
ntre prile implicate n acest proiect.
Pentru a putea implementa proiectul cu succes vom avea nevoie s ne lum ca i parteneri, 3 universiti de
renume internaional i mondial, iar aceti parteneri sunt: Universitatea Tehnic din Munchen, Imperial College London
i Universitatea Politehnica din Milano, ce au un program de cercetare i teorie aplicat ce mbin cu succes prioritile
proiectului nostru. De exemplu, la Imperial College London, activitile de cercetare reprezint peste 50% din activitile
studentului, pe cnd partea teoretic abia atinge 12%. Acest exemplu, efectiv valideaz prioritatea principal a NMPSUT.
Proiectul reprezint o oportunitate pentru studenii ce vor a se implica mai mult n activitile de cercetare i,
astfel s investeasc n viitorul lor mai pro-activ, iar profesorii s fie mult mai implicai n procesul de predare. Astfel,
proiectul se va derula n cadrul Universitii Politehnica din Bucureti, n prim faz, ulterior dorind a se extinde i-n
cadrul celorlalte universiti de profil din ar.
NMPSUT se va axa, n principal, prin susinerea unor work-shop-uri, susinute de ctre trainer-ii notri i la care
vor participa cadrele didactice din universitatea mai sus menionat, n care se vor prezenta modaliti mai interactive
de predare i relaionare cu studenii. De asemenea, se cere a se specifica c vor exista exerciii i evaluri pe parcurs a
participanilor la acest program, iar rezultatele lor vor fi anexate la fia de participare ce atest prezena la acest
program.
Proiectul este inovativ prin faptul c, ofer o soluie concret problemei sistemului de nvmnt din statele
membre care tinde s neglijeze necesitatea cercetrii i interaciunii dintre profesor i student, concentrndu-se mai
mult pe partea teoretic i ignornd, adesea, partea aplicat a acesteia. De aceea,proiectul nostru i dorete s
mbunteasc aceste aspecte primordiale a procesului de nvmnt tehnic.
