Abstract: This paper describes the role, method and experience, and working model of medical ethics in large
- scale hosp itals, and holds that the modern hosp ital m anagement mode has transformed from scientific managem ent
to humanism - based managem ent, whose essence is the transformation of m anaging concep t, and the em body of
managem ent ethics and management culture. Im portant connotations and p rim ary task including emp loying virtue in
hosp ital managem ent, obeying legal regulations in medical p ractice, and conducting hum anistic medicine should be
emphasized and concerned in hosp ital management.
