It is with much pleasure to write on behalf of the Builds conglomerate to show our up most respect to
our valued partnership. Here at Builds we are driven to give the customer the best possible experience of
hardware shopping. Our mission is to have the customer leave the store with more then just our products
but the diligent skills to put that product to the best use possible. With are fully trained and equipped
staff, we strive to help the customer learn and build their future properly.

The main goal of Builds is to stray away from just your everyday hardware store like The Home Depot
and Lowes. We value the time our customers take out of their day to do business with our establishment.
We service the society in ways more prominent then our competitors. With double the amount of help
desks and workshops that we offer, compared to our competitors, the customer will find exactly what 2
they want and need in less then half the time they would at one of our competitors. As for our products,
we strive to keep in stock the most affordable but best quality products for the costumer. This is how our
slogan Always Affordable came along.

We hope to supply the people with the best product and diligent knowledge to make their homes and
dreams the best they can be. On behalf of Builds we thank you for your valued partnership and business.
